1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a PostFlow account, accessing, or using our AI-powered blog automation platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access PostFlow, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal capacity in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@postflow.com of any unauthorized account access.
• You may not transfer or share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. Service Provision & AI Generation

PostFlow enables automated blog content creation by analyzing RSS feeds or seed keywords, rewriting content using advanced AI models (including Claude and OpenAI GPT models), generating images, and publishing directly to your connected Content Management Systems (WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Webhooks).

While PostFlow strives for high-quality SEO-optimized output, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may require review. You maintain full responsibility for all content published to your domains through PostFlow.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

As between you and PostFlow, you retain full ownership of all blog content, articles, and media generated for your domains using the Service. PostFlow retains all rights, titles, and interests in the platform architecture, software, trademarks, and algorithms.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of traffic, revenue, or business reputation arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
